It tells an emergency from a vaccination reminder
In a veterinary practice, not all calls are equal. There is the vaccination reminder that can wait until Tuesday, and there is the animal that is in trouble now. An answering machine treats both the same way — which is to say, badly.
Vocenia tells them apart. It books the ordinary appointments, and it alerts you immediately to the ones that are not.

The call, the diary filling up, the confirmation. Then try it yourself.

Judge it on what it refuses to do
Any assistant can take a booking. These are the moments where one gets it wrong, and what this one does instead.
“My dog is struggling to breathe, right now.”
An emergency never gets a slot
At a veterinary practice, a caller describing an emergency is not put in the diary. The practice is told at once, and no medical advice is given.
“How much is it?”
It quotes your prices, in your currency
A business billing in dinars is quoted in dinars, on every screen and out loud. Eleven currencies.
“Where is my data kept?”
Your data stays in France
Hosted on French infrastructure. Calls are not recorded — only the text is kept — and a customer can be exported or erased on request.
What it will not do
- It never diagnoses and never gives medical advice. It books an appointment or it alerts you, nothing else.
- It does not put an emergency in a queue. It takes it out of the flow and brings it to you.
- It does not silently replace one practitioner with another.
How the call goes
The patient is the animal
It asks the animal's name and species, not only the owner's. Rex, dog, vaccination: that is what appears in your diary.
It respects the practitioner asked for
An animal seen by Dr Ben Salah stays with Dr Ben Salah. If that practitioner has nothing free, it says so — it does not quietly switch to another.
An emergency is flagged, never scheduled
This is the most important line on this page. Faced with an emergency it offers no slot at all: it alerts you straight away. An animal in distress does not wait until Tuesday at 9.30.
