The vehicle held from pickup to return

Renting a vehicle means holding it from pickup to return. In between it is available to nobody — and a double booking on the same car is the kind of mistake you discover at the counter, in front of the customer.

Vocenia holds the vehicle for the whole period, at the daily rate you set, and returns it to the fleet on the way back.

Its limits

Judge it on what it refuses to do

Any assistant can take a booking. These are the moments where one gets it wrong, and what this one does instead.

“How much is it?”

It quotes your prices, in your currency

A business billing in dinars is quoted in dinars, on every screen and out loud. Eleven currencies.

“Where is my data kept?”

Your data stays in France

Hosted on French infrastructure. Calls are not recorded — only the text is kept — and a customer can be exported or erased on request.

What it will not do

  • It will not book a vehicle already rented for part of the requested period.
  • It does not improvise insurance terms or an excess. Those are your conditions, not its own.

How the call goes

It asks for the period, not a time

Pickup date, return date. The vehicle is checked available across the whole run before it is offered.

It offers vehicles genuinely free

By category — city car, saloon, SUV, van — as you declared them. Not a model already out.

It takes the deposit

The secure payment link goes out during the call. The vehicle is held once the deposit is settled.

How it works

Live in 3 steps

From signing up to the first booking she takes, with no IT and nothing to install.

  1. 01

You point your number at it

You keep your number. A call-forward sends it to the receptionist when you do not pick up.

  2. 02

    It takes the calls

It answers, understands the request, offers what is genuinely free and writes the booking into your diary.

  3. 03

    You open your diary

It is all there: who is coming, when, for what. And the deposit taken, if you ask for one.
